Right, this demo team has got to keep our training up if we're going to stay ahead of all those other demo teams.  So, this is how it works. All of you guys post comments against this post saying what training you've done this week. And I don't mean the standard practise run, I mean the extra stuff - the jog on Sundays, the gym class Monday.
