Welcome to In The Zone, Social Ultimate based in Poole, Dorset.

We play every Monday evening at QE Leisure centre, with additional outdoor training sessions at irregular intervals. In the summer we also run weekly outdoor training sessions and games.

Given we had practised once on sand and only a couple of times in windy conditions a beach tournament in January may not have been the best choice for our first competitive Ultimate.
