Training SessionsCatch Those Weekly Training Sessions Summer Season March 25th - October 1st Catch Those Train Three Days a week, two sessions include Ultimate, one devoted to fitness. Sundays CLOSED sessionSundays is our club only session, this session is a serious training starting with drills and fitness and a competitive game where intense play and application of theory/drills is a requirement. Wednesdays OPEN session 5:00pm - 7:00pm Wednesdays is our open session in Birkenhead Park, Cannon Hill. This is a relaxed session starting with a little theory and where players are encouraged to try out new things and discover new techniques. Mondays FITNESS session Mondays is our fitness session, where we run sprints and track to gain that edge needed in Ultimate. Winter Season October 1st - March 25th Catch Those train three days a week, all three include Ultimate, one is beginner based, one is experienced based. Sundays OPEN Session 1pm - 3pm In the Winter, Our Sundays session becomes our open session, we still train outdoors throughout the winter, in the hopes that when it comes to summer weather, we have always seen worse. Tuesdays Development Session 7pm - 9pm, Park High School In the winter we cower away from too many days in the cold to join in the Indoor Season, This also helps us develop new players, just in time for the Annual Junior Development tournament, hosted by Kevin Lowe. <br>Tuesday’s sessions are where we teach new players how to play, and encourage experienced players to come along and help out. Wednesdays Experienced Session One Wednesdays we have an invite only training session, aimed at developing a high level ultimate team for the indoor season. |
